II/ Yêu cầu công việc:
a. Responsibilities
- Analyse system requirement and review specifications.
- Play a technical role (TL/Developer) in assigned project to work with OOP code base for Web application using Ruby on Rails framework.
- Design system component and production environments.
- Participate in creating solutions/estimations for high-level requirements.
- Work closely with PMO/project manager for project assignments.
- Develop Unit Tests.
- Participates in Code Reviewing activities.
- Report to Ruby team manager or Resource management director for personal career development plan and performance related matters; proactively contribute to skills development of other members in the team
b. Required Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 1-year experience working with web based applications. Upper levels are also encouraged to apply and be considered for positions based on a proven tracked record.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Ruby, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
- Experienced with Ruby development frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Hanami, Volt, etc.
- Familiar working with Linux. Coding with integral unit testing.
- Solid knowledge and experience about OOP and MVC model.
- Experienced working with Git (Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, …). Specified Git URLs (GitHub, StackOverFlow) in CV or application is preferable.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Good time management and problem solving skills.
- Good learning attitude, professionalism and high sense of responsibility.
- Good command of English is a must; Japanese speaking is a big plus.
c. Advanced Qualifications/Skills:
- Good knowledge or experience with NoSQL, Cache,
- Good knowledge or experience with LESS/SASS/SCSS, frontend-frameworks (angularjs, reactjs polymerjs, …).
- Good knowledge or experience with AWS (EC2, S3, …).
- Ability to coach and mentor junior members.
- Ability to review project code base and propose solutions for necessary enhancements.
2. WEB FRONT-END ENGINEER
a. Responsibilities:
- Works closely with designers and backend engineers in order to create websites
targeting multiple devices for our customers.
- Researches and shares front-end tips and best practices with team members
and other developers.
- Designs, integrates and develops efficient and transferable front-end
features/systems using the latest workflow tools/framworks.
- Has attention to detail and identifies potential performance weak spots.
- Does code-review for other team members’ work.
b. Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Very strong foundation in HTML5/CSS3/JS and preprocessing CSS languages
such as LESS/SASS.
- Ample experience in nagivating Photoshop and saving images for the web.
You will be able to produce the exact looking website UI based on the provided design.
- Experience using 1 of the following Front-End frameworks: Bootstrap, Foundation.
- Experience making template with Drupal, Wordpress, Magento.
- Intermediate knowledge of Responsive Web Design.
- Experienced in using Git and Github.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging including tools like Chrome Dev Tool.
- Possesses good English for everyday and technical communication.
c. Advanced Skills (optional):
- Experienced with 1 of the popular JS MVC frameworks like AngularJS,
Backbone, ReactJS.
- Experienced with backed development (PHP, NodeJS, Ruby).
- Eyesight 10/10 and able to tell pixels apart on-screen from 10 meters away.
- Can differentiate all 50 shades of Grey.
3. UI DESIGNER
a. Responsibilities:
Join Agile software team to take care of UI designs considering UX for Web or Mobile App following client’s requirement.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Client, PM, BA, Dev, QC, etc.) to define UI specs or standards for the app, then follow it to create appropriate designs.
- Proactively contribute to working process devepment; analyze and understand requirement, then shape unique and quality outputs such as mockup, wireframes, prototypes, sample screens, etc.
- Accomplish other assigned tasks properly
b. Required Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1year experience as an UI Designer for Web or Mobile application.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
- Excellent adaptability to learn and adopt Japanese common design styles.
- Hands-on experience increating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Proficient in design tools, such as Sketch, Photoshop, etc.-Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.-Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
- Good learning attitude, professionalism and high sense of responsibility.
- Intermediate level in English (spoken and written)
4. TECHNICAL WRITER:
a. Responsibilities:
- Translate effectively and accurately technical documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
- Understand the business requirement from business stakeholders in order to assist Business Analyst and Technical Leader in preparing different kind of requirement documents
- Work as an interface between development team and business stakeholders in order to facilitate directing, organizing and controlling activities, under the direction of a Project Manager
- Be involved in every phase of the project and support the queries raised by the team from an analysis perspective
b. Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree
- Strong Communication Skills - Advanced level in English written and spoken. IELST 7.0 or equivalent
- Experience preparing documents, drafting presentation slides (experience with technical documentation is appreciated)
- Experience working in projects or business operation (IT related work experience is appreciated)
- Good learning attitude, adaptability, analytical and delivery focused working style
